Encouraging Promises of God (#1 - 10)

#1

Delight thyself also in the Lord;

and He shall give thee

the desires of thine heart.

Commit thy way unto the Lord;

trust also in Him;

and He shall bring it to pass.

Psalms 37:4-5

#2

The Lord will guide you continually,

And satisfy your soul in drought,

And strengthen your bones;

You shall be like a watered garden,

And like a spring of water,

whose waters do not fail.

Isaiah 58:11

#3

And it shall come to pass in that day,

that his burden shall be taken

away from off thy shoulder,

and his yoke from off thy neck,

and the yoke shall be destroyed

because of the Anointing.

Isaiah 10:27

#4

For the Lord God is a sun and shield;

the Lord will give grace and glory;

no good thing will He withhold

from them that walk uprightly.

Psalms 84:11

#5

Be still, and know that I am God:

I will be exalted among the heathen,

I will be exalted in the earth.

Psalms 46:10

#6

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;

and lean not unto

thine own understanding.

In all thy ways acknowledge Him,

and He shall direct thy paths.

Proverbs 3:5

#7

Trust in the Lord, and do good;

so shalt thou dwell in the land,

and verily thou shalt be fed.

Psalms 37:3

#8

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him;

fret not thyself because of him who prospers

in his way, because of the man who bringeth

wicked devices to pass.

Cease from anger, and forsake wrath;

fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.

For evildoers shall be cut off;

but those that wait upon the Lord,

they shall inherit the earth.

Psalms 37:7-9

#9

The Lord thy God

in the midst of thee is mighty;

He will save, He will rejoice

over thee with joy;

He will rest in his love,

He will joy over thee with singing.

Zephaniah 3:17

#10

So he answered and said to me: “This is the Word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts.”

“Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a [level] plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”

Zechariah 4:6-7
