Genesis 30:27
And Laban said to him, “Please
stay, if I have found favor in your eyes, for I have learned by experience that
the Lord has blessed me for your sake.” NKJV
Genesis 39:4-6
So Joseph found favor in his
sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he
had he put under his authority. So it was, from the time that he had made him
overseer of his house and all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian's
house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of the Lord was on all that he had in
the house and in the field. Thus he left all that he had in Joseph's hand, and
he did not know what he had except for the bread which he ate. NKJV
Genesis 39:21-23
But the Lord was with Joseph and
showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the
prison. And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the
prisoners who were in the prison; whatever they did there, it was his doing.
The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph's
authority, because the Lord was with him; and whatever he did, the Lord made it

Exodus 3:21-22
And I will give this people favor
in the sight of the Egyptians; and it shall be, when you go, that you shall not
go empty-handed. But every woman shall ask of her neighbor, namely, of her who
dwells near her house, articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing; and
you shall put them on your sons and on your daughters. So you shall plunder the

And the Lord gave the people
favor in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover the man Moses was very great in
the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh's servants and in the sight of the

Ruth 2:1-2

Esther 2:15
Now when the turn came for Esther
the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her as his
daughter, to go in to the king, she requested nothing but what Hegai the king's
eunuch, the custodian of the women, advised. And Esther obtained favor in the
sight of all who saw her. NKJV

Ahasuerus, into his royal palace, in the tenth month, which is the month of

Esther 5:1-2
Now it happened on the third day
that Esther put on her royal robes and stood in the inner court of the king's
palace, across from the king's house, while the king sat on his royal throne in
the royal house, facing the entrance of the house. So it was, when the king saw
Queen Esther standing in the court, that she found favor in his sight, and the
king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. Then Esther

said, “If I have found favor in your sight, O king, and if it pleases the king,
let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request.” NKJV

sight and the thing seems right to the king and I am pleasing in his eyes, let
it be written to revoke the letters devised by Haman, the son of Hammedatha the
