A Christian Can Forfeit
Their Salvation
The
teaching that once saved, always saved, is truth, but also a Christian can live
in such a way as to forfeit their salvation.
Examples
of deadly sins that could lead to possibly forfeiting one’s salvation if they
never repent include:
· Blasphemy against the
Precious Holy Ghost. The Bible says that this kind of sin will never be
forgiven on earth or in heaven.
· Getting involved with
the dark side, such as witchcraft, sorcery, and other things of the dark side
and never repenting of it. That could also include Black Magic and White Magic.
Or getting involved with anything of the dark side or occultic things.
· Rebellion and refusal
to forgive others with your heart. If you hold on to unforgiveness and never
repent, and roots of bitterness and ill will or hatred sets in, it could possibly
lead to forfeiting one’s salvation.
· Living in immorality
and never repenting. This includes sexual immorality of all kinds, and hanging
out in places where there is lewdness and lasciviousness going on.
· Some people backslide
at some point in their life, and refuse to make peace with God and come back to
the Father’s House, which could possibly lead to one losing their salvation. It
all depends on the specific situation.
· An individual who
continually tells lies, cheats on their taxes, steals, kills, profanes God’s
Name and things along those lines could possibly forfeit their salvation.
· A person who abuses and
molests little kids and holds them in daily fear and bondage, and who is a
murderer, could end up forfeiting their salvation if they never repent.
· A person who commits
suicide “might” forfeit their salvation. The Father and Son and Holy Spirit
weigh and decide each case separately. Some people make it into heaven if they
committed suicide and their suicide was due to mental illness and they were not
in their rational mind at the time. It all depends on the specific situation.
· There is only one sin
where there is no forgiveness granted. That is the sin of blasphemy against the
Holy Ghost. To blaspheme is to speak abusively against, usually publicly.
· An individual might possibly
forfeit their salvation if they deny Jesus, turn from the faith, and speak
against Him, and become an apostate.
· A person might possibly
forfeit their salvation if they believe in heretical teachings that are not of
God and teach it to other people (unless they are NOT in deception and if they
are aware that the teachings are not of God).
· A person might possibly
forfeit their salvation if they stubbornly refuse to do the will of God, such
as preach the Gospel or whatever God is calling them to do. God will usually
send a whale like what Jonah went through in order to repent, but some people
openly refuse to fulfill their ministry calling.
· There is the parable
about the Father who told his son to go work in the vineyard. At first he said,
“NO!!!” and refused. But then he repented and went and obeyed his father and
worked in the vineyard.
· Then there is the son
whom his father told him to go work in the vineyard, and he said yes he would,
but he never got around to obeying His Father’s command and working in the
vineyard. He kept putting it off or didn’t heed the instruction seriously.
The Lord weighs each case when individuals
decide to commit suicide. The Lord’s judgments are always just and fair.
God is a just God and is always fair and
compassionate in cases where people do not know what they are doing at the moment,
went temporarily insane and have no memory of the event, and those in deep
depression who lose hope and try to end it all.
I urge anybody who suffers with deep depression
and anxiety, or any other type of mental illness to get psychiatric help right
away in the event that you develop suicidal thoughts.
Take your medicine daily too which helps to alleviate
depression and calm you down and help you to think rationally.
If anyone out there suffers with mental illness
of any type and hallucinations and evil spirit beings threatening them, and is
afraid and begins to have suicidal thoughts, please call a suicide prevention hotline
or call 911 and an ambulance will come within 5 -10 minutes and take you to the
hospital to the psychiatric unit to be evaluated and to receive help.
Life has it’s problems, but there is always hope
for a better future. Those who place their hope in God will never be
disappointed.
Place your hope in the Lord today.
Prayer of
Salvation
It
is God's will that no one should perish (end up in hell), but that ALL should
come to repentance.
For God so loved this world that He gave His only begotton Son,
that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
God did not send His Son into this world to condemn the world,
but that the world through Him would be saved.
The thief (Satan the devil) comes only for to kill, steal and
destroy. But Jesus has come to give us life, and life more abundantly, until it
overflows.
I urge you to come to the Cross today and receive Jesus as your
Savior and Lord. He will wash away all your sins and make you as clean and
white as fresh snow.
Please do not put it off for another time in the future. I urge
you to not delay. Come to the Lord today and give Him your heart and life. He
will save, and heal you and make you whole.
Please do not delay, because on this earth there are no
guarantees that a person will wake up in the morning. Also, you could be
driving on the highway and be involved in a major collision and be instantly
killed. You may be flying in a jet or aircraft and the plane crashes and
everybody is killed.
A person does not know the exact date that they will die. But
the fact is that every person will eventually taste of death (unless you are
translated to Heaven which is very rare and highly unlikely, although it could
happen for a few that is. it happened for Enoch, Elijah and
Elisha).
Come to the Cross today and do not delay. Time is of the
essence. If you should die not knowing Christ, then you would perish and end up
in hell. Eternity is a very long time. Do not play games with your salvation or
takes unnecessary risks.
Just pray this prayer and mean it with your heart:
Dear Lord Jesus,
I receive You as my Savior and Lord. I give my life over to You.
I believe that You died and rose again, and that if I call on the Name of the
Lord I shall be saved.
I accept you into my heart right now, and confess that You are
Lord and have risen from the dead and forever live to make intercession for
me.
Thank You for washing my heart pure and clean and making me
whole, and for giving me peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Thank You that now I am a new creature in Christ Jesus. The old
has gone and the new has come.
And there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
who walk not after the flesh (carnality and sin), but walk after the
Spirit. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

now heaven bound and will be with the Lord forever and have eternal life. Your
sins are now forgiven. You are accepted in the Beloved.
I would encourage you to find a good Bible based local church to
help you grow in your faith, to learn the Word of God, to praise and worship
Him, and to have fellowship with the saints.
Serving Christ is the best decision you will ever make.
Only Jesus can satisfy your soul, and only He can heal your
heart and make you whole.
He will give you peace you never knew, and sweet love and joy,
and Heaven too, for only Jesus can satisfy your soul.
